Flying Colors' new album is due out on October 4th
Flying Colors is back with a new album. The band – which includes Mike Portnoy, Steve Morse, Neil Morse, Casey McPherson and Dave LaRue – will release their third album. Third Degree comes out on October 4th.
It's been five years since Flying Colors released their second album, Second Nature . Now, they've finally released the first track from the new album, "More," with a music video featuring black light and glitter paint.
“There’s a lot of sweetness to the ears in every song,” Portnoy said. “Each one takes you on an ultimate journey. Third Degree is enjoyable from beginning to end. There’s a very special chemistry between the five of us. We keep getting better and better as we get more comfortable and familiar with each other. The music also gets more mature.”
